Spencer and I just treated ourselves to ice cream bars from our favorite little Guru Express next door. Noelle loves her some ice cream, so Spencer decided to share. After he gave her a taste of his ice cream, he attempted to take another bite himself, at which point, Noelle batted him in the face with her paw! Then Layla came running over to check things out and started licking the ice cream too. Noelle hissed at her like she was being attacked! Glad they didn't want my ice cream!

Seven Down, Five To Go!

LT was ready to leave. He was getting cranky about dancing and missing the golf course I think. I don't think he thought he would make it this far. And again, when I don't "voice" my predictions in my blog, they seemed to be correct! Next week is going to be even HARDER to vote!

Week 7!

This week was really difficult for me because I LOVE EVERYONE LEFT! So I had to be tough since I only had seven votes to work with. I was really tough and being tough was really tough for me. Because everyone stepped it up big time this week!

So here's who made me get out of my seat and clap at the end of their dance, receiving 2 votes each:Chuck and Julianne
(they REALLY stepped it up this week...before they started I wasn't even planning to vote for them!)Shawn and Mark
(of course! I LOVE these two and their dance was so fun!)Each of these stars got one vote from me for doing a good, improved, and/or entertaining dance:Melissa and TonyTy and ChelsieAnd I couldn't bring myself to be tough AND vote for these stars because their dances seemed boring to me this week. (It was really hard for me not to give them votes though!):Lawrence and EdytaLil' Kim and DerekGilles and CherylI have ZERO predictions for tomorrow night. I have no idea who will be at the bottom two (Maybe Lawrence and Ty???), and I will be really sad to see any of these stars go...but I guess the show has to end sometime! :)
The best part of tonight's show was the group dance! It is one of my favorites because all the remaining stars come together for one big fun dance! This season it was 60's themed and I enjoyed it so much as always. I won't talk about it too much though, just see for yourself:

Yo Prez!

Spencer is in the other room on his computer and I am in this room on mine. When we are "apart" in this way, he often sings made-up songs or tells me random things in a semi-shouting manner. He just yelled to me the following conversation:

Spencer: "I composed a letter to Barack Obama today baby!"

Heather (thinking he is completely serious): "You did? What about?"

Spencer: "It said:
Yo Prez!
What up in da big howse?
How izzle the new pug-izzle?
Word, could you make my stocks go up?
Dat would be da bomb diggity yo!

Whitey"

I laughed so hard after the first line, I almost wet myself. He may or may not know that I was preparing to blog at that very moment and happened to be typing what he said the second I realized he was joking about the letter. This man makes me laugh...there's no doubt about that!
*Disclaimer: Spencer is in no way, shape, or form, racist. He also seems to appreciate our new President. He is simply not ashamed to make fun of how "white" he is! :)

Six Down, Six To Go!

I'm only surprised that my prediction was correct. Ty and Steve-O were in the bottom 2. The judges like Ty so I had a feeling he'd make it through. And they don't like Steve-O, so I had a feeling he wouldn't. He did much better this week, but he's just not a good dancer, try as he might. I hope he doesn't go back to rehab. :)
