Spencer's Birthday

There were presents, there was cake and ice cream, there was a yummy pizza dinner, and there was a whole lot of love!  Happy 29th birthday Spencer!  We love you!!!!

Family Date

We had a little Starbucks date this morning.  Scarlett is all about her own water...until she sees my coffee!

We Have A 7 Month Old!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a great St. Patrick's Day!  Spencer's sister Chelsea was visiting and it was Scarlett's first St. Patrick's Day!

 We enjoyed some green beers (not Scarlett of course) and delicious food and some Irish music at The Yard House and (most of us) wore green so as not to get pinched!

 The weather was rainy and blustery and on my trek to get everyone shamrock shakes, I came across power outages, floods, crazy drivers and lots of wind, but I was successful!  Chelsea and Spencer enjoyed their shakes while I attempted to enjoy mine even though Scarlett and Tank tried to steal it!

Mountain's Edge Peak

We have lived in Mountain's Edge for almost a year now and had yet to climb the peak at the park until today.  The higher we went, the windier it got (and the more dangerous it felt since I was carrying Scarlett in a carrier all the way and couldn't see where I was walking because my hair was whipping in my face), but we made it there and back and the view of our neighborhood from the top was just what we expected.  Ha ha!  We might do it again on a less breezy day!
